Application Procedures

Because every child’s needs are unique, the Society evaluates all applications on a case-by-case basis. Parents or guardians can make an initial inquiry by letter, phone, email, fax or in person. All applications are carefully reviewed and the parent or guardian is contacted if more information is needed to make a final determination of eligibility. There is no cost to apply for financial assistance and every effort is made to help as many families as possible.
